REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy applies in the following cases:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation, while the order has not yet shipped.

Orders generally cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. Request a return instead after delivery.

Refunds are generally processed through the same payment method used for the purchase (offline / gateway portal).

RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return a delivered order within the return window, the process is as follows:

First: Receive and keep the package sealed where required.

Second: Ship the package back at your expense to the address below, and attach a “RETURN ORDER” notice for the carrier.

Third: Returns are generally accepted within 14 days of the order date (subject to inspection).

Fourth: Carrier shipping and customs fees charged by the shipping partner are generally non-refundable.
